Houxian® 8116 is a new high-permeability self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared using the latest synthesis technology. It is developed based on Houxian® 8016, with finer particle size, more transparent appearance, and a more perfect core-shell structure. Most importantly, it significantly improves the hardness, toughness, and pore penetration of the original product.

Appearance: Bluish-white to slightly yellow translucent liquid
Minimum film-forming temperature (MFFT/℃): ~40
Solid content (wt%): 40±1
Viscosity (25℃, cps): <500
pH: 7-9
Solvent composition: Water
Application Features:
1. The high-performance version with 8006 specifications
2. Excellent fullness
Application Scope:
Clear bottom and clear top, or even clear color, can be used on toys and handicrafts.
Precautions:
The storage temperature should be between 5-35℃. Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, avoiding freezing and direct sunlight.
Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a tightly closed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
