  • Houxian® UA431 is a modified polyurethane dispersion that can be used in varnishes and solid colors for home decoration, furniture, toys and other fields. This product features fast early performance build-up, high fullness, good chemical resistance and good indentation resistance. It can also be used in combination with isocyanate curing agents for two-component application for better performance.

  • Product Properties:
  • Appearance: Semi-transparent to milky white transparent liquid
  • Minimum film-forming temperature (MFFT/℃): ~30
  • Solid content (wt%): 40±1
  • pH value: 6-8
  • Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤500

  • Application Features:
  • Good water resistance
  • Good anti-stacking properties
  • Suitable for various mechanical spraying applications
  • Good compatibility with acrylic emulsions
  • Can be used with a hardener

  • Application Scope:
  • It can be widely used in the surface coating of high-end custom furniture, American-style painted furniture, DIY home decoration, wooden doors, and other fields. It is suitable for various construction methods such as electrostatic spraying, reciprocating spraying, and ordinary spraying.

  • Precautions:
  • The storage temperature should be between 5-35℃. Store in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, avoiding freezing and direct sunlight.
  • Stir thoroughly before use. Store in a tightly closed container after use. Do not mix with cationic substances or inks.
